Our class has been comparing the village of Hutton to the village of Dabaso in Kenya.
Here are some African designs we did using 'Paint'.
We wrote the following information about Dabaso in a shared writing session.
Dabaso is twinned with Hutton and lots of our villagers have been to Kenya to help build a school for the Dabaso children.
We have been comparing photographs of the children and their school in Dabaso with our own class and our own school.
We found out that the children wear purple shirts with grey skirts or shorts. Some children wear shoes like flip flops made from car tyres.
Our own Hutton uniform is a white shirt, dark green jumper and grey skirt / trousers or shorts. All of us wear black school shoes made from leather or plastic.
