Year 4 residential trip to Hooke Court
On the first day of Hooke Court, we did team building games. One of the activities was to get across the River Piddle on stepping stones without falling off. This was a lot of fun!
On Thursday, it was our Stone Age day. We learnt lots of things including how to split logs, make pots and we tried Stone Age foods such as potage, bread and clay-baked trout.
On the last day, our class went to the rocket workshop to make rockets – they had awesome names like Fancy Flyer and Piggy Power!
It was sad to leave Hooke Court but blasting the beautiful rockets was a good way to end the remarkable time!
